Basic Rules

Machines are generally dispatched the day after of the payment reception and are shipped via TNT Economy with tracking number and drop-off with signature. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and final destination of the shipment. Palets are amply sized and the machines are well-protected.

You will receive a e-mail with the tracking number of your machine in the same day of the shipment.

The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered, please request us special quote.
